They give great prices whenever I have silver or gold to sell....
Not happy with their service. I had emailed them a detailed list of coins I had after researching and creating an in-depth spreadsheet and asked below what several website's listing of the values. They emailed me back and stated "Thanks for contacting us. Yes we would be interested, but we would have to view your collection in person to verify authenticity." After driving over there, I was told by A-Coin that they would not pay anywhere near what was listed on my spreadsheet. Sellers should not expect any offers from A-Coin anywhere near the value of your coins, even if you're asking low-end amounts. They could have saved me a trip by telling me this in their email.
I have sold them gold and coins and bought coins at A-Coin for a number of years, they are honest and easy to work with. I'm not sure what the others are upset about, although I did have a friend who was unhappy they wouldn't give him retail prices...Coin stores (and pawn brokers, which they are not) are in the business of buying and selling, they have to have some margin to make a profit. And for those who think good reviews are only from the owners, I'm definitely NOT an owner or a friend, just a customer.
